What he has done: Hendershot came to the Hoosiers from rural Tri-West High School, a three-star prospect ranked outside the national top 1,000 in the 247 Sports composite. Yet by his redshirt sophomore season he had transitioned into one of IU’s most important offseason weapons. His 52 receptions and 622 yards both set programs records for a tight end.
