
HAMILTON, OHIO — Lakota West cornerback Jyaire Brown steps up to the line of scrimmage during a Friday night game against Hamilton High School. The ball snaps, and the four-star defensive back presses the wide receiver taking him off the path of his route. Great rep, except it’s a run, so it doesn’t matter, next play. The ball snaps, he presses again. Another run, next play. Ball snaps, he presses and yep, you guessed it. Hamilton runs. Next play. This happens probably 30 more times before the Big Blue finally switched things up. Hamilton probably only completed four or five passes that night, but one went 20 yards down the field on Brown.
