PISCATAWAY — The challenge facing Rutgers is steep.  Ohio State is one of the top teams in the Big Ten, if not the best team. The Buckeyes, while perhaps not as strong as recent years, still boast an abundance of talented, dangerous playmakers on both sides of the ball. Yet this also represents a big opportunity for Rutgers, another chance for the Scarlet Knights to see how they stack up after nearly pulling off an upset against Michigan last week.  Greg Schiano’s team will have the chance to play in front of what should be a huge crowd at SHI Stadium as it tries to pull off a momentous win against an Ohio State team that will be starting a young quarterback (either C.J.
