PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Ohio State football will play its second Big Ten game of the season today, sensing that it’s trending in the right direction. A trip to Rutgers is perhaps the perfect scenario to test out whether that trend is real. It’s a put-up or shut-up week for the Buckeyes. Not in terms of winning or losing. That’s obvious.
