Getting back on the right track certainly will not be easy this weekend as Penn State hits the road as a big underdog against Ohio State. According to the early line on this week’s game from Tipico, Penn State is a 17.5-point underdog against the Buckeyes, who continue to be blowing out their opponents on a weekly basis.
