
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Three observations from Stephen Means on Ohio State football’s 33-24 win over Penn State on Saturday. 1. Ohio State’s explosive offense starts up front with an offensive line that’s made life easy for the skill players. That didn’t happen Saturday night. Penn State loaded the box time and time again in the run game. Then in the passing game tried to get after C.J. Stroud and force him into inerrant throws. Unlike other opponents over the past month, the Nittany Lions weren’t just going to allow an offense averaging 559.3 yards and 49.3 points per game to do whatever it wanted.
