LINCOLN, Neb. — Ohio State football escaped what was almost another upset to a lesser talented Big Ten West opponent with a 26-17 win over Nebraska. Penn State exposed something about the Buckeyes last week. Some of those things got better against the Cornhuskers, but other parts got worse especially offensively. Their College Football Playoff hopes are still alive as a team in control of its testing. As long as they keep winning, they’re in.
