Caden Curry, 4-star DL, commits to Ohio State football: Buckeyes Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s 2022 recruiting class has added its second defensive lineman in Caden Curry of Center Grove High School in Indiana. The four-star recruit chose the Buckeyes over 25 others schools with Alabama, Clemson, Indiana and Oregon also serving as finalists. He’s rated as the nation’s No. 88 player and No. 14 defensive lineman. He joins Kenyatta Jackson — who committed on Oct. 19 — as newcomers to Larry Johnson’s position room. At 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds, Curry has a frame that projects him out as a three-technique defensive tackle at the next level. His pass-rushing ability — which he once compared to that of Joey Bosa — makes him a perfect candidate to have success at the defensive tackle spot.
