
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball’s game against Kentucky on Saturday has been canceled because of positive COVID-19 tests throughout OSU’s program. The non-conference game was supposed to be played in Las Vegas as part of the CBS Sports Classic. The Buckeyes are 4-3 overall in the series also featuring North Carolina and UCLA with a 2-0 record against the Wildcats. OSU is 8-2 this year and 2-0 in the Big Ten as the nation’s No. 15 team on a four-game winning streak. Kentucky is ranked 21st with a 7-2 record. All team-related activities have been suspended until further notice with Ohio State’s next game scheduled for Dec. 21 against UT Martin.
