COLUMBUS, Ohio — St. Paris Graham has won every Division II OHSAA state wrestling tournament since 2001. Buckeye came into the 2023 tournament with a chance to end Graham’s reign. The opening day, however, did not go as planned for the Bucks as they went 4-4 in the first round on Friday at the Schottenstein Center. Three of the four wins came by fall. However, district champions Jesse Badiu (138 pounds) and Todd Allen (285) were upset in their opening matches.
