There is a lot of momentum building for the Texas Longhorns and Florida State Seminoles for their wins over Alabama and LSU respectively. Ohio State is also 2-0 but their wins have been a little less impressive from media standards for the program. The Ohio State Buckeyes are ranked No. 2 overall in the FPI (Football Power Index). They also have the best chance to make the College Football Playoffs at 45.3%. Coming right behind the Buckeyes are the Texas Longhorns at 45.1%. The Longhorns are ranked No. 6 overall on the FPI. The only other team with at least a 40% chance is the Florida State Seminoles at 40.8%. The Noles are No. 5 overall in the Football Power Index.
