COLUMBUS, Ohio — Late Tuesday night, Notre Dame’s 2024 recruiting class got a major boost with the commitment of four-star offensive tackle Guerby Lambert. Ranked in the top 50 of the 247Sports composite rankings, Lambert always felt like a Notre Dame lean with Ohio State anywhere from second to fourth on his list. His commitment to the Irish was not a surprise. His announcement keeps the Buckeyes with four commits in the 2024 class: Ian Moore, Devontae Armstrong, Deontae Armstrong and Marc Nave. Those recruits rank 126th, 444th, 407th and 645th in the composite rankings. Moore is the only four-star recruit in the bunch.
