COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. earned Big Ten Player of the Week honors for his eight-catch, 163 yard performance in the team’s 37-17 win over Maryland on Saturday. Harrison was targeted on 15 of quarterback Kyle McCord’s 29 pass attempts on the afternoon. The third-year standout has 25 catches and 499 yards on the season with four touchdowns. Despite being double covered each week the Buckeyes have played, he’s found a way to produce. Harrison, even hampered by a right ankle injury he suffered against Notre Dame, put up numbers against a defense that was focused on taking him out of the game.
