Breaking: Clark Phillips commits to Ohio State

It’s Ohio State for Top247 cornerback Clark Phillips III. The La Habra (Calif.) High standout announced his commitment to coach Ryan Day and the Buckeyes during a live broadcast on CBS HQ. “The things Ohio State does for defensive backs, it’s unmatched,” Phillips told 247Sports prior to going public with his plans. “It’s really exciting.
