The Columbus Dispatch Sunday May 31, 2020 at 8:09 PM Ohio State basketball player Seth Towns gave an impassioned speech in the middle of the crowd at Broad and High streets in downtown Columbus Sunday evening. Leading the crowd in a chant of “We have a voice,” Towns while using a bullhorn, “Everybody who I love has texted me and said ’Stay out of harm’s way,’ … but I’m always in harms way.” Towns was detained on Friday while participating in a peaceful protest in Columbus.
